Hi I am having issue connecting with metro bank and keep getting 103 error code.

I can help you resolve bank connection issues, @Hm bookkeepers.

 

You may have recently updated your Metro bank online banking credentials, or the credentials are incorrect. To fix this, I recommend editing your bank feed sign-in info in QuickBooks Online. Please ensure your browser doesn't autofill the username and password field.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Locate the tile for the account that generated error 103.
  3. Select Edit ✎.
  4. Select Edit sign-in info.
  5. Enter your new credentials, then select Update.
