We removed the screenshot and your license number for the security of your account. The Community is a public forum and everyone can see the information you've shared. We also don't have the tools needed to verify the account details and generate a code.

This is why we're asking you to contact our phone support for us to proceed with the registration. Follow these steps since you're not getting the option to get our contact details inside QuickBooks:

Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_GB/contact.
Select QuickBooks Desktop.
Click Install and Setup, then click Register QuickBooks.
Click Get Phone Number or Start a Message.

Visit us again in the Community if you have other questions.

Here's a catch on why you're having problem registering your QuickBooks, William.

With QuickBooks Desktop Service Discontinuation Policy, older versions will no longer receive product updates and cannot access online services (such as Bank Feeds, online registration, and etc.).

QuickBooks 2015 is one of the discontinued versions. Hence, you received errors when registering it.

Though online registration is no longer possible, we can still register it using a validation code. I'd recommend preparing your QuickBooks license and product numbers. Our QuickBooks Support Team will be able to generate validation code using those information.

Here's how you can reach them:

Click Help at the top menu and select Support.
Under Additional resources, select Contact us.
Go to the first section.
Type "validation code" and click Search.
Go to the second section and choose how you want to reach them (phone, chat, or email).

Then, the representative will assist you all throughout the registration process.

You might also consider upgrading to the latest version for more features and fixes.
