Hi I am new to this and have deleted a customer deposit in error can I recover it anyone advise please?

Once transactions are deleted, it's irreversible. You can view the Audit Log to see the details of the deleted customer deposit and recreate it manually. I can guide you on how to do it.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Audit Log.
3. Look for the deleted transaction.
4. From the Actions column, click View.
5. Click the arrow on when it was created and deleted.
6. Take note of the transaction details.

Now, you can re-enter the customer's deposit manually. Here's how:

1. Click the Plus icon (+).
2. Choose to Bank Deposit.
3. Select the bank account where the deleted transaction was initially deposited.
4. From the Add funds to this deposit, enter the transaction details. 
5. Click the Save and Close button.
