Greetings, bebily59.

Since you're unable to connect this account, you can consider using the Webconnect feature. This allows you to upload transactions and then download them into QuickBooks.

I have a few easy steps to accomplish this task.

  1. Go to Banking on the left panel and select Banking to open the Bank and Cards page.
  2. Click on the drop-down for Update to pick the File upload.
  3. Hit the Browse button in the Get your info from your bank section.
  4. Select Open and then hit Next.
  5. Follow the instructions on how to map the entries and then import them into your account.

I also suggest sending request support for your bank. For detailed instructions, follow the steps in this article and go directly to the Request support for your bank section: Identify the correct bank.

Additionally, the following articles provide a quick overview of the correct file format, size, and steps to get the bank data.

If you have any other concerns, let me know by leaving a comment below. I'm always here to help. Wishing you a good one.
