QuickBooks Online does not support Corporation tax, it would really depend on how you have set up the corporation tax and what accounts you are  wanting the refund to impact.

We would advise speaking with an accountant for advice (as we are not trained accountants) on the best way to record this,though we welcome any accountants on the Community to add to this thread
