Hi, I have a QuickBooks SimpleStart from 2013, I'm very happy but now I have opened an online account and I don't know how to transfer all clients. Please help. Martin.

Try exporting the customer list data from your SimplaStart and import them into QBO.

I agree with Fiat Lux - ASIA, Martin.

 

We can import them to your new account. Before doing so, we'll have to export them first.

 

Once exported, you're good to import them to the new account. Please follow the steps below in order to do it:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Import Data.
  2. Select Clients.
  3. Click Browse and then select a file.
  4. Click Open, and then Next.
  5. Map the fields.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Review your client's list to be imported.
  8. Click Import.

 

However, we're unable to bring in all their data. However, we can look for a third-party app that can help us get their data. 

 

All you have to do is click the Apps tab. Then, search for an application.
