Hi I’m getting an error saying that my bank can no longer connect to starling bank as it’s not supported. But by the looks of it it is! Can someone help me please?

This could be the reason why you were not able to connect your bank to QuickBooks. 

 

To connect your bank with open banking, here’s how. 

 

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Select Connect from the landing page.
  3. Search for your bank and select Continue. Then, click Agree.
  4. Follow the steps on your bank's internet banking page to authorize QuickBooks to connect to your bank account.
  5. Select the bank accounts you want to connect, and which account they will link to in QuickBooks.
  6. Then, click Connect
