Hi, I still can’t reconnect my bank accounts. Every time I try it just crashes the app or gives an unexpected error(590).

Hello, @daveshaw8336.

 

 The error 590 occurs if your Financial Institution updated their bank's website. To fix this, you’ll need to update the login information in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Banking menu.
  2. Click on the Update button. QBO tries to connect to your bank to manually update your account.
  3. Choose the pencil icon next to the bank name and select Edit sign-in info.
  4. Enter your user ID and password.
  5. Once done, click on Save and connect.
