Hi im having problems connecting my Amex account to QB. Any ideas?

Let's go over some basic troubleshooting steps to reestablish your Bank of America account's connection, bankrkbedson.

1. Go to the Banking menu on the left panel and choose the Banking option.
2. Select the blue tile at the top of your account and click the Update button.
3. If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the on-screen instructions.

If you continue to get the same result, we'll have to log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) and connect the account using incognito mode or private browsing. This prevents the browser from caching any data. The web pages will still download and be displayed as usual.

Here are the shortcut keys to bring up a private window:

• Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox & Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to remove stored data and optimize its overall performance. If the issue persists, utilize other supported browsers to test if the one current one is damaged.
