Thanks for posting in the Community, georgina3.

We receive reports about not being able to download standard feed new connections for Amex. The new connections for these bank feeds are now turned off, in compliance with Open Banking regulations. Our engineers are working closely with the bank to get this fixed as soon as possible.

As a workaround, you'll want to download transactions from your bank and upload them on CSV file. In the meantime, I suggest contacting our support team to add you to the notification list.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?).
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
    • Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.

Lastly,  the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO)

For future reference, you can check these help article for more information: Banking Articles for QBO.

Please touch base with us if you need further assistance. I'll always be around to help.
