Hi there.

Thank you for contacting Intuit QuickBooks Community! We appreciate you for using class tracking feature to organize your records in QuickBooks Online. I'm absolutely here to help you with entering batch actions in classes within QuickBooks Online for the UK version.

Batch actions for selecting multiple classes in QuickBooks Online is only for making selected classes inactive. However, if you mean by assigning classes to multiple items in a transaction, you'll need to change a setting in tracking classes.

To manage your classes, you'll need to modify on how you assign classes to your transaction. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Accounts and Settings.
  2. Head to the Advanced tab.
  3. Under the Categories section, choose any of the following options in tracking your classes.
    • One to entire transaction - Applies a class category to all items under one transaction.
    • One to each row in transaction - Applies a class category to each items under a transaction.
  4. Click Save and Done.

Moreover, you can also consider running reports by class to display how you organize your transactions into class categories.

Aside from managing how you assign classes to a transaction, please let me know if you have any further concerns about purchase stage. I'll keep in touch with this post to assist you with any inquiries you have.
