Hi My downloads are not updating although everything is set up properly, please advise?

It is nice to see you here on the Community! Is this a bank connection which is not updating?If so which bank is that with?What happens when you click on update/refresh all?(if you are using QuickBooks Self Employed)

Can you try clearing the cache and cookies in the browser and let us know if it updates and downloads then.

the upload just says unable to fix, this is with barclays.

And i get this message although i have data until 9th April

We were able to get transactions from Barclays Business Banking (UK) starting from 11/02/2019.
You can match items to existing records or add them as new records. Need more data?
