Hi our barclays bank feed is not downloading since 15 April 2019.Asking us to complete the extra security checks that we have done but still the problem persistes

Hello sonika,

 

Have you attempted the extra security steps multiple times? It sometimes takes more than once of entering the pinsentry to go through.
