If you're trying to download transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed, here are the steps:

1. Go to the Gear > Imports.
2. Click the Import older transactions link for the account you want to add transactions to.
3. Select Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank. It's usually in your Downloads folder.
4. Choose the file and select Open to start the import.
5. Review the column headers and data. Make sure the Date, Description, and Amount columns on the CSV match the columns and order in QuickBooks. The other column headers can be in any order.
6. Hit Continue to complete the import.

On the other hand, if you'd like to download a report, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to Reports on the left panel. 
2. Find the report and select the Date.
3. Click the Download link.
