Hi when I try and upload a reciept it keeps coming up with an error, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but still no luck

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm here to assist you in fixing the error you encountered in uploading a receipt.

 

First, I'd like to know the exact error message. That way, I can check if we have an investigation about it and so I can provide a perfect resolution.

 

In the meantime, you'll want to use an incognito window and upload the receipt from there. Incognito won't save your browsing history which can result in an error.

 

These are some of the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P  

Also, you'll want to clear the cache and make sure you're using a supported and up-to-date browser. This can, too, fix any browser-related issues.
