How can I contact Inuit's billing dept about my Quickbooks account

How can I contact Inuit's billing dept about my Quickbooks account ?

 

I don't want to call their sales number (all I can see on the web page - even on this community/support page).

 

Is there a contact form?   Email address?  

Using the phone is so 20th century ..... and doesn't create a written record !

Here are the steps to contact support:

 

  1. Click Help at the top menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. In the Have a Question? window, enter a topic.
  3. Click Contact us.
  4. Hit the Stat Messaging button.
