How can I get a duplicate invoice from Intuit

Intuit either never emailed me their monthly invoice for April or it disappeared into the ether.

 

It definitely is not "in the wrong folder" or "in my spam folder" ....

 

So how can I ask them for a duplicate invoice ?

Welcome aboard to the Community space, @S400.

 

You can manage and view your billing history from your Customer Account Maintenance Portal (CAMPs). Let me show you how.

 

  1. Sign in to your CAMPs account.
  2. Select View your transaction history.
  3. From the Time Period drop-down menu, select a date range of transactions. 
  4. Find the billing statement, then select it to see the details.
  5. To print the transaction list, select Print this page.
  6. Then select Back to my Account to go back to your CAMPS dashboard.

If this is not the case, I'll recommend contacting our Support team. They have the proper tools to check your account and investigate the reason why don't have a copy of your month of April bill. You can also request to have a copy of it.

What is my "CAMPS" account?   Is this an official Inuit thing?

Never heard of "CAMPS" before.....

 

How do I get a log in for it ?  What's the URL for it?
