How can I get the mileage icon back on the app. Its disappeared!

I'm here to help ensure you are always set to tracking your business miles. Make sure that you're logged in as the primary admin. Follow these steps below to utilize the mileage tracking feature in your QuickBooks Online mobile app.

On iOS (iPhone and iPad)

1. Open the QuickBooks mobile app.
2. Click the menu ☰ icon.
3. Select All.
4. Choose Mileage.
5. Select Auto-track your miles.
6. Follow Allow location access onscreen instructions.

On an Android phone or tablet

1. Open the QuickBooks mobile app.
2. Click the menu ☰ icon.
3. Go to the Mileage menu.
4. Select Auto-track your miles.
5. Give QuickBooks permission to track your location. It will vary depending on your Android Operating System:

• For Android OS version 10 and below, select Allow, then Allow all the time.
• For Android OS version 11 and above, select Allow in settings, then Allow all the time.
