How do I cancel licenses I don't use?

I started QuickBooks with 10 licenses for a limited time. I have started using QuickBooks with some clients but am now being charged for licenses I don't use. How do I cancel these?

It looks like you're referring to QuickBooks wholesale, Cjwbooks. Let me share some information.

 

We'll have to check your account. To do so, I suggest reaching out to our customer care support. This way, an agent can take a better look at your subscription and make some changes. Here's how:

  1. Click Help in QuickBooks Online.
  2. Enter "I need a human" in the Type something field.
  3. Select Contact a human.
  4. Click Live Chat / Call me back.
  5. Enter "Cancel licenses" in the description field, then click Continue.
  6. Select Phone number.
