How do I close my Account ?

If you're trying to cancel your QuickBooks Online account, you can follow these steps:

1. Click the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner, and choose Account and Settings.
2. On the left panel, select the Billing & Subscription tab.
3. Click the blue Cancel link beside of the Subscription status.
4. You'll be asked if you'd like to change your plan or Continue to cancel.

Otherwise, follow these steps to remove accounts you no longer use:

1. On the left panel, click Accounting, and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the account you want to remove.
3. Select the small arrow ▼ under the ACTION column. Then select Make inactive.
