How do I contact Intuit, they have taken 2 monthly payments at the same time.

Hi there, Tony. I can guide you on how you can connect with our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Support Team to review the payments taken from your account.

 

Intuit made it easy for you to contact a live representative through your QBO account. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with support.
    • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
    • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

 

Once connected, our designated team can discuss the charges and process possible refunds if needed.
