How do I delete an unwanted Company in QuickBooks online?

I'm here to help you delete an unwanted company in QuickBooks Online. You can go to the Account and Settings section and cancel the company from there.

Once canceled, your account will be available in read-only access for one year from the cancellation date. Here's how to cancel the account:

1. Make sure you have the company you need to delete open.
2. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner and choose Account and Settings.
3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
4. Select Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
5. Follow the next steps. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
6. Select Got it.
