Greetings, @g-mckinney-limeh.

I cam guide  you on how to view and download the P60 from your QuickBooks account.

If you're using Standard Payroll, you'd want to make sure to run your payroll payroll before downloading the P60. Here's how:

  1. Run and approve your final payroll (Week 52 or Month 12) as usual.
  2.  At the point of submitting your FPS, ensure you have the “Is this your final pay period for the current tax year?” box checked.
  3. Submit FPS and complete your end of the year declaration.
  4. Download and print your P60s using the P60 Report option.
  5. You can advance your payroll into the new tax year.

If you're using Advance payroll, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the the Employees or Payroll menu.
  2. Select Reports once the tax year has been completed.
  3. Locate the P60 report.

You can read through this article for more details about the process: Generate P60s.
