How do I fix an app issue, app won’t allow me to upload receipts keeps saying error can’t be uploaded at this time try again later!? Can’t get link on chat to work either

I’ve reset app. Logged out and in. Reset phone, updated phone, reinstalled app. Same error message remains

Resetting app data, updating and restarting the phone, reinstalling the app, and logging out are recommended troubleshooting procedures for QuickBooks mobile app issues. Since you keep getting the same error, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support. They can access your account and initiate an investigation into this unusual behavior. In the meantime, you can upload your receipt to QuickBooks Online using a computer or mobile web browser. Before doing so, please ensure the file only contain a single receipt or bill.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Banking, then Receipt tab.
  3. Choose either Upload from computer or Upload from Google Drive.
  4. Locate the file and then hit Open.

After the upload is complete, you can add or match receipts or bills. Please use the same resource and go to Step 2.
