Thanks for dropping by here in the Community, @glen-kcvheating-. Let me help you proceed to link to your bank.

When a user encounters problems with QBO that appear to be browser-related, we recommend that they clean their cache. Too much historical data kept in your browser can cause problems like this. We can get rid of them in a few simple steps.

Let's start by accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox:Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari:Command+Shift+N

Once logged in, try to connect your bank again. If it works, clear your browser’s cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate.

You can also consider using different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser.

In case you’re getting the error when trying to update your bank, you can refer to this article.

If issue persist, I’d suggest checking the bank’s website to check if they’re undergoing maintenance or have server issues. For now you can manually upload transactions in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) to get the latest ones.

Don’t hesitate to get back to me if you have further questions about this or you have other QuickBooks concern. I’m just a click away if you ever need my help. Keep safe and have a good one!
