How do I invite a client to QBO where I have sold them a licence? thanks

Hiya Peter67, Welcome to the Community 👋 So to clarify you have your client on the client list using one of your licences and you wish to invite them onto the subscription so that they can use QuickBooks? If so, it's relevantly straight forward to do. If you go into the new licence that you have created so that it shows the clients company, you can do this by clicking into the (QB bubble to the left of the client's name). Go to the gear icon top right>Manage users>New> Input clients name and email address, this will then send an invite to the client via email and they will need to accept the invite by following instructions on the email. 😊 Any issues just let us know and we will assist.
