How do I print a p45

I can help walk you through the steps on how to print the P45 in QuickBooks Online Payroll. 

If you're using QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll, you can follow the steps below on how to accomplish this. 

1. Go to Payroll, then choose the Employees tab. 
2. Double click the employee's name. 
3. Select Documents, then click View. 
4. Hit Print.

However, if you're using QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll, here's how to locate the P45. 

1. Go to Employees on the left side. 
2. Locate the employee's name. 
3. Choose HMRC Forms or Documents. 
4. Under the P45 section, click View. 
5. Tap Print.
