How do I set up a direct debit with a client by signing a physical paper document?

I appreciate you taking the time to ask about the direct debit authorization request. I'm happy to share information about it.

 

To automate the mandate process, we're only able to request a direct debit authorization via email. No physical form at the moment. Please check out the detailed steps in this article: Set up a customer with Direct Debit (Go Cardless). You can also check the video version if you like it better.
