Hi mary51

What payrolll system are you using? If you are using the standard payroll it is not possible to account for Court Orders. If yoou are using advanced, we have enclosed a link informing you how to create the court orders.

I'm using Advanced payrol but when i go to the deductions screen as per the link it doesn't give me the option to choose a POST tax or Court Order?

Can anyone help?

Hello, @DON111.

The option should be available for the QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll users. Since it doesn't give you an option to select Post-Tax Deduction, I encourage reaching out to our Support Team. This way, they'll be able to review and check the option for you.

To contact support:

  1. From the Help menu, select Contact us.
  2. Type-in a short description of your concern under the What can we help you with? section.
  3. Click on Let's talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with a representative.

In case you need tips and related links while working with QuickBooks in the future, feel free to read our help articles.

Post again if you have any other questions. I'm always here to help. Have a good day!
