how do I start logging for the new tax year?

I practiced using self employed for the last tax year, now I want to start 2020/21 but can't see where to get this started

Hello Tennantjane36, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

when you log into your self-employed account, if you go to the cog wheel>tax profile> make sure the date is 20/21 there. 

 

Go to the transactions section and make sure the tax year is set to 20/21 there as well. Once this is set you can then pull through your transactions and it will then reflect on your tax profile.
