How do o close company down

While it's sad to see you go, rest assured that I'm fully committed to assisting you through the cancellation process. The steps for closing QuickBooks Online depend on where you signed up for your subscription. Here's how to cancel an account purchased directly from us:

1. Sign in to QBO as the primary admin using a web browser.
2. Click the Gear icon, then choose Subscriptions and billing under Profile.
3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online. If you use other add-on services, make sure to close them first.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

After that, you'll still have read-only access to your account for a year before it will be permanently deleted. I recommend downloading all the important lists and reports.
