Hi there, Katherine. I can be of assistance to you concerning getting in touch with our phone support in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

Before anything else, do you mind sharing what specific concern you have in QuickBooks? I’d be more than willing to help you to sort it out. However, if you still prefer to speak to our phone support, you can follow the guidelines below within the application:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chat box, select Talk to a Human or tap the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Then, type in your reason for contacting us in the What can we help you with? Box and click Continue.
  5. From there, choose a way to connect with us: Chat with us, get a Callback, or call our support line directly by getting our Phone number.

Hi I'm s self employed subscription payer. I try to use the mobile app and it tells me I don't have access to this service.  Whereas I do.  Please help.

We appreciate you posting here in the Community, Alexander. I'll explain why the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app can't access the service.

 

Before anything else, are you a new user? If so, please note that the QBSE mobile app will not be available for download after March 24, 2024. However, you can still access QuickBooks Self-Employed through the web and mobile web versions, which offer many features similar to those of the mobile app.

 

On the other hand, you can continue using the QBSE mobile app if you download it from the Google Play or Apple App stores before March 24, 2024.
