How do you migrate the billing from apple to QuickBooks to enable me to upgrade my client's account? The option to view Payment & Subscriptions isn't available.

Hi grantscandling

If you are using our small business products we can do the billing migration for you. Just reply back here and we can get that done.

I've just had this exact conversation with an agent via the built in assistant. I was told by Jae-Anne that the subscrition CANNOT be migrated and that I will need to take out an entirely new subscription and that in doing so I will lose ALL my invoices, but they can keep my transactions.

Why are you providing misleading information on these forums?

Hello there, HealthBrokers.

Since migration will affect your invoices, I suggest saving a copy of them on a PDF or have soft copies that will serve as your back-up file. After migration, you can bring back your invoices. Here's how to make a back-up file for your invoice.

  1. In your QuickBooks company, go to the Hamburger icon.
  2. Select the Sales menu and choose Invoices.
  3. Click on the box below the Batch actions.
  4. Select the Batch actions button and choose Print invoices. (I attached a screenshot below for your reference.)

Also, to avoid having missing invoice imported after migration, you can get a copy of your Open invoices through Reports menu. Here's how to do that:

  1. Go to the Hamburger icon and select the Reports menu.
  2. Enter n the search box, "Open invoices".
  3. Customize what you wanted to see in your Report by clicking the Customise button.
  4. Verify the details and click Run report.
  5. You can either print it or save it as .pdf file by clicking the Export button on the top right corner of the section.

I added screenshots for your additional reference.
