How does Quickbooks decide what description it pulls when downloading bank transactions?

The bank description should pull its information from the bank detail, if you click on the line of the transaction from the banking>for review section it should have bank detail below the boxes which should also show in the  description column. Which bank is this with? Do you have an example you could provide of when it is pulling through differently you could attach to your reply?
