How to edit practice Directory?

Hi there, lsheikh,

 

The practice directory in QuickBooks Online lets you manage clients and workflows by providing capabilities. That being said, you can add or edit clients' information. Let me show you how:

 

How to add new clients

 

If you need to add a client to your wholesale billing, check out the Add a new client in QuickBooks Online Accountant page.

 

How to edit a client’s info

  1. Select Clients.
  2. Find the client you want to edit the info for.
  3. From the Actions column, select Edit client.
  4. Make any changes you want, then select Save.
  5. If you don’t see the changes, refresh your browser.
