HSBC bank transactions are not downloading, is anyone else having this problem? Bank balance is showing as correct despite no transaction details downloading

Hello there, @andrewjritchie.

 

Let's manually update your HSBC bank to download the transactions successfully to QuickBooks.

 

But before we proceed, the first thing to do is log in to your bank website to confirm if the new transactions are posted in your bank account since the transactions downloaded to QuickBooks Online is dependent on the data provided by your bank's website.   

 

Once done, let's proceed on updating your HSBC Bank account. Here's how: 

 

  1. On the left panel, click Banking.
  2. At the upper right side of the page, click Update.
  3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
