I am currently experiencing problems connecting all my HSBC accounts - is there a known issue with sharing HSBC bank information?

In case you need the steps on how to upload transactions manually, here's how:

 

  1. Download transactions from your bank in to your computer (should be CSV or QBO format).
  2. Sign into QuickBooks.
  3. On the left panel, go to Banking.
  4. Choose an account.
  5. Hit File upload.
