I am getting issue in invoice on quickbook.When I open any invoice on quickbook. There are no product information showing. there are just service show.

First off, may I know if you're referring to the Product/Service column on the invoice? If so, typically, once you've successfully set up your products, they should appear in the dropdown menu.

 

To address this, open QuickBooks in a private window. This method helps determine if the issue is related to browser concerns. I've included keyboard shortcuts you can use to open a private window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If it works, you can return to a regular browser and make sure to clear its cache. A built-up cache can also cause unexpected page behavior.
