I am having trouble reautherising my account, everytime I try I get to the last stage then just get a blank white loading screen? have been trying for about a week now with no luck please help!

I only use the app.

 


Hi danwebb123-live-, we'd be grateful if you could attempt to update the banking connection through a browser on your device, or alternately, if you have your banks' mobile app installed, please temporarily uninstall this before re-authorising the connection.

 

If you run into any errors from there, please get back to us below. 🙂

Hello Danweb123-live, Thanks for getting in touch with the Community we'd like to take a look into why that is happening. Which bank are you with? Are you doing the re-auth on a pc or mobile device? If you go onto your bank's online banking does the third party connection to QB show in your settings?

I am with HSBC, on a mobile device and I just checked my online banking, it says to restore access contact third party directly.
