I am on my second month with QB and I am trying to download my bank transactions. I have pressed Update and it's taking ages. How long should it take?

There are times that your browser's cache causes unexpected behavior. Let's start by using a private or incognito window. Private browsing helps your program to load lighter as it won't record any cache.

 

Here's how to use it:

  1. Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  2. Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  3. Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  4. Safari: Command + Shift + N

ff you can successfully download your transactions, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. 

 

You can also use a different browser like Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox. There are times that it's the browser caused this issue.
