I am still unable to add milage on the app. I have as suggested refreshed app data but no change I have installed and reinstalled app but still no change still freezes

I appreciate you for informing us and trying to resolve the issue. Since the recommended troubleshooting steps were already performed, I’d suggest contacting our Technical Support team. They have the necessary tools to help fix the issue and investigate this further.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click the Help (?) menu.
  3. In the QB Assistant window, enter “unable to add mileage on the app.”
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat (available all day from Monday to Friday).
    • Get a callback/Call us (available from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday- Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).


You can use this information to set up mileage in QuickBooks Online. It has complete instructions so you can start tracking your business miles.
