I am trying to download transactions from the bank account, and repeatedly get the message that something isn't working, with error 169. What should I do?

Let's get your bank feed working again.

 

If you're getting a prompt that will allow you to troubleshoot this error code, please try that first.

 

If not, follow these steps:

  1. Try a different browser.
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. Have another active user from the same QuickBooks Online company try to update your bank feeds.

If you're still having problems at this point, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online support for assistance.
