Question

I am unable to connect to tesco bank. there is an error code 101. i do not want to have to import the transactions myself. please can you help.

This is already under investigation, Rcelectricalserv.

 

Our engineers are working hand in hand to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I know you don't want to import the transactions. However, for now, the only available workaround is to import them using the CVS file. If you're not comfortable importing them by yourself, you can always reach out to us or our customer care support. An agent can guide you along the way.  

 

To get in touch with them:

  1. Click Help.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief detail about your concern, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback

You can also let the agent add you to the list of affected users on this issue.
