I am unable to use the mobile ios app. Can anyone help on this?

There might be a need to update the app or delete it to resolve the issue. Let me guide you how:

 

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap Storage.
  4. Select the QBSE APP you want to delete.
  5. Tap Delete app.
  6. Tap Delete to confirm that you want to delete the app.

 

After that, install the app again.
