I can't connect to HSBC Kinetic. Can anyone help?

I can share some insights about connecting and how you can upload HSBC Kinetic transactions to QuickBooks Online, @33002548.

I've checked our reports, and the HSBC Kinetic is currently unavailable for connection. For more information and updates on its availability, I recommend checking out this article: Understanding if you can connect your bank feeds to Open Banking.

Alternatively, you can import your bank transactions via a CSV file. To do this, here's how:

1. Get the transaction from your bank by signing in to their website.
2. Open and review the file from your bank. Make sure it's in the correct format before you upload it.
3. Then, in your QuickBooks Online, go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
   
   
4. Choose Upload transactions.
   
   
5. Click Browse and then select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then choose Next.
6. In the QuickBooks account ▼  dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then click Next.
7. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then choose Next.
8. Select the transactions you would like to import. Then click Next.
9. Choose Yes and when you're ready, select Let's go.

Once the import is finished, the transactions are displayed on the For Review tab. From there, you can review, add, or match each transaction.
