I can't reconnect my mozo account with qb, keeps sending me to a page that says all done then takes me to a blank page that does not re load...? Pls advise

I'm here to ensure you're able to sync your Mozo account in QuickBooks Online, @usersales10.

 

Blank or unresponsive pages are usually the result of outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. Browser caches help speed up basic browsing that allows you to save more time when loading repetitive images or information. However, it can impact processes and cause this unexpected behavior when your browser accumulates too much historical data. Not to worry, you can clear them in just a few easy steps.

 

In the meantime, we can start by accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

If it's responsive, I recommend that you clear its cache. By clearing the browser's cache, you can remove that historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser.

 

After reconnecting the bank successfully and pulling up new transactions, you can now categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

 

On the other hand, if it's still taking you to a bank page, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Support team to investigate this further.
 

Here's how:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.

In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions into QuickBooks Online using a CSV file to make sure your transactions are up-to-date.
