The second QB account that is giving me the error is subscription based. The first had been cancelled. I checked the Revolut app and there is no QB integration but still, QB error message tells me the bank account has already been connected to QB (not true on the old or new account)

It's not the experience we want you to have, Accounting. Rest assured that I'm here to help you fix this issue.

There are times when QuickBooks Online may behave unexpectedly due to a full browser cache and cookies. To resolve this issue, I suggest using a private browsing window, which does not store files and loads web pages faster.

To open an incognito window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Press Crtl+Shift+P
  • Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Crtl+Shift+N
  • Safari: Press Command+Shift+N

If you still have the same result, I suggest utilizing another supported browser. It will help us identify if the issue is specific to your current browser.

If you can now connect your bank, consider returning to your regular browser and clearing its cache and cookies.

Moreover, I'm happy to share this article to help you in categorizing your transactions: Categorise online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be here if you still have questions about your banking connectivity. Have a great day, and take care.
