I cannot connect to my sandanter bank error 103

My bank have checked and there is no problem from thier end. It says error 103 and will not go past is. Can I have some help please I am dyslexic and dyspraxic, quick books will help a lot. My phone is [removed].

Error 103 indicates that the sign-in credentials entered are not accepted by your financial institution's website. I have a few steps you can to resolve the issue.

 

When the error displays, you’ll see the Reconnect button. Please click that option so a new window will open where you can log in again.

 

Make sure the user name and password are manually entered and not auto-filled/auto-populated by the browser. Then, click on Update Sign-in Info.

 

After updating the information, log back into your account. If you still get the same result, I recommend following the resolution steps in this article:

That’s it. You should now be able to access your account smoothly.
