Question

I cannot refresh my Transactions. I get an error code of 101 Try again in a couple of hours. Has been like this for 24 hours. How can I fix it?

Thanks for letting us know about your situation. I'm here to help you fix the error code 101, so you can download your bank transactions.

 

You will receive an error 101 if you attempt to add a bank from your online banking account that does not meet at least one of the following:

 

  • No transactions for the last 12 months.
  • Unable to accept the terms and agreements from your online banking website.

Also, may I know the name of your bank account? This way, I can gather enough details and check for possible investigations on our end.
