I cant reconnect to my bank account, at the end of the whole process a new window pops up with an error message ‘ AuthenticationFailed INPUT’ Can anyone advise me please

Can we ask what kind of bank and account type are you trying to reconnect in Quickbooks? 

 

What kind of device are you doing it on PC or mobile?
